Windill Lodge is situated in a quiet country lane; it offers acccommodation for six male service users.

We are located in Buntingford Hertforshire and have good links with the local community and all its services.

Windmill Lodge also offers individually tailored day serviecs in local community settings.

Our Team

Windmill Lodge values the contributions our employees make to peoples lives. As a company we offer support and opportunities for personal development through training, support, 1: 1 supervision, and team meetings.

We have a robust recruitment process that includes Formal interviews, DBS checks, health checks, equal opportunities monitoring and collect 2 references. Successful candidates then complete induction training, and are encouraged follow our training pathway.

We pride ourselves in recruiting people that have the skills to work creatively with our service users, Have effective communication listening skills and encourage all the service users living at Windmill Lodge to have a voice.
